The Bespectacled Worker is an unnamed employee of the Hero Association who works in the operations control room. He is characterized by his glasses, suit, and constantly stressed expression. He serves as one of the primary operators responsible for monitoring monster threats and coordinating hero deployments across the cities.

He is frequently seen at his desk, panicking as disaster levels rise. During the Deep Sea King invasion, he is the one receiving the desperate calls from the shelter, relaying the grim situation to the executives. He often acts as the voice of reason or fear in the room, reacting with shock when S-Class heroes ignore orders or when monsters like Boros destroy entire cities.

While he lacks combat abilities, he plays a vital logistical role. In the Monster Association arc, he works overtime to track the location of the hostage, Waganma. He stays at his post even as the Association headquarters shakes from the underground battles, ensuring that communication lines between the surface team and the infiltration team remain open.
