Sky King (天空王, Tenkūō) was the ruler of the Skyfolk, a race of Mysterious Beings who roamed and controlled the skies. Designed with clear inspiration from the tengu of Japanese folklore, he appears as an aging but powerfully built humanoid bird-man — long hair, a large nose, a deeply wrinkled forehead, sharp teeth, pointed ears, two sets of wings, taloned feet, clawed fingers, and a small crown marking his rulership.
Confident to the point of arrogance, Sky King watched the deaths of both the Deep Sea King and the Subterranean King and saw an opening: with his four underlings — Hawk, Kite, Eagle, and Falcon — he set out to claim the Earth's surface for himself. The attempt ended before it could really begin; Sky King was killed by Melzargard.
A massive humanoid avian with grey skin, a muscular build, and enormous black feathered wings. Hawk-like face with a hooked beak, black eye/cheek markings, pointed ears, and long dark hair. Wears a dark primitive crown with a central purple jewel, large gold hoop earrings, and a rope belt over baggy trousers, otherwise shirtless.
Opportunistic and arrogant — he deliberately waited for the Subterranean King and Deep Sea King to be killed by heroes before making his own move, believing that cleared his path to rule. His final moment is a rare flash of humility, recognizing just how outclassed he really was.
Origins unstated. Ruled the upper atmosphere and commanded the Sky Folk, existing in a state of rivalry or mutual avoidance with the Subterranean King and Deep Sea King for an unspecified time.
After the Deep Sea King’s death, Sky King leads his strongest subordinates in a direct assault on Hero Association Headquarters in City A — only to arrive at the exact moment the Dark Matter Thieves’ ship shows up. The alien executive Melzargard slaughters his subordinates in a single motion, then bisects and decapitates Sky King before he can even attack, ending his invasion before it starts.
High-speed flight and hovering via his wings, and the ability to generate a destructive energy sphere (never actually used). Presumably strong for a "King"-tier monster, but his durability wasn’t remotely close to surviving a hit from a Dragon-level alien.

He and his flock were intercepted mid-flight over City A. Melzargard sliced him apart in seconds, making clear the alien invaders were an entirely different tier of threat than the “Kings” who came before them.

The Sky Folk: his subordinates/invasion force. Subterranean King & Deep Sea King: former rivals whose deaths he saw as clearing his own path. Melzargard: the alien who killed him without effort.
“I am the Sky King... Ruler of the Air... but... he swatted me... like a gnat.”
His introduction completes the trio of “Kings of the Domains” (Land, Sea, Air) from early in the series. The only one of the three killed by another monster rather than by a hero or Saitama.
